Thinking is a good thing. You have to think about what you do. Sometimes, you can do stuff without thinking and that's cool too. But you can't live you life based on spare of the moments ideas. At the same time, you can't live you life solely on thinking. There has to be a balance. Balance is the key to everything in life. so, How much is too much?
When you think to the point that you "make" things happen in your head, that have not happen yet, and believe that this is true. That's too much. You can make yourself believe things that aren't true. You will only make yourself worry more and more about these things. STOP!! Worry only adds stress so it makes it worse. Sure, be concerned but not worried. Think positive. You may never know what the other person is thinking. You never know. The only thing you can do is be the best you EVER! Besides, it's not the end of the world. Enjoy your time you have. Even if it is by yourself!
